Life in San Carlos Park as a young professional

Not sure if this has been asked before, but Poverty rate is 4.5%, which is pretty low. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Let me know your thoughts. Night life is decent if you know the right spots.

From a safety perspective, it really depends on the area. Some neighborhoods are pretty good, others not so much. Do your research on specific streets.
