Is public transit usable in San Clemente?
Not sure if this has been asked before, but I'm originally from Salt Lake City and Median household income is $134,735, which feels pretty solid for the area. With a population of 63,510, San Clemente is a smaller city. Homes are going for about $1,220,500 on average. You can expect to pay around $2,398 for rent here. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. The food scene here is surprisingly good.
