Thinking about relocating to San Clemente from San Francisco

The median home value here is around $1,220,500, which is pretty steep. The weather takes some getting used to. Let me know your thoughts.

I'm a project manager and I've found there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. The community is pretty good and there's always something going on.
