I've been here for 1 years and Average temperature is around 61°F, so the weather is moderate. Median household income is $104,321, which feels pretty solid for the area. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Thoughts? Property taxes are high but you get good services.
