I'm a 46-year-old data analyst and Median household income is $134,639, which feels pretty solid for the area. With a population of 10,142, San Diego Country Estates is a small town. Poverty rate is 0.8%, which is pretty low. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Am I wrong here? Cheers. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.
