Most overrated things about San Diego Country Estates

Hi all, I'm a 47-year-old social worker and The median home value here is around $715,000, which is pretty steep. With a population of 10,142, San Diego Country Estates is a small town. Household incomes average around $134,639 in San Diego Country Estates. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Anyone in a similar situation? The food scene here is surprisingly good. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Property taxes are high but you get good services. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.

Moved here from Phoenix about 6 years ago. the quality of life is solid. Still getting used to cultural scene but Definitely worth checking out..

Used to live on the Highland side, now on the South side. Completely different vibe. it's not perfect but it works for me.
