We're a young couple and Average temperature is around 62--F, so the weather is moderate. You can expect to pay around $2,499 for rent here. Homes are going for about $715,000 on average. It's a a small town city with about 10,142 people. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.
