Hey everyone, I've been here for 3 years and The median home value here is around $756,200, which is pretty steep. Household incomes average around $105,833 in San Dimas. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.

Used to live on the Riverside side, now on the Westside side. Completely different vibe. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now.
