Moving to San Dimas for work -advice?

Hey everyone, I grew up here but left for a while. The unemployment rate is 3.1%, which is pretty low. It's a a smaller city city with about 34,099 people. Household incomes average around $105,833 in San Dimas. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The city has invested a lot in new development. The suburbs are where most families end up.
