Best and worst neighborhoods in San Fernando

Hey everyone, The median home value here is around $630,700, which is pretty steep. Household incomes average around $79,694 in San Fernando. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. What neighborhoods would you suggest? I'd say it's better for families than young singles. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.

Weather-wise, the summers are average and winters are established. You get used to it after the first year.

I've lived in East for about 2 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

I love the pace of life here. When I first moved here from Pittsburgh, I was surprised by dating scene. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Friendly community, easy to meet people
- Good airport with direct flights
- The cost of living scene is surprisingly good

The downsides:
- Traffic during rush hour is rough
- Road conditions need improvement

Overall I'd rate it 5/10 for remote workers. Feel free to reach out with questions..

Public transit is surprisingly good here. You'll probably need a car for most things. it's been a really good experience overall.
