Hi all, I'm originally from Las Vegas and Rent is about $2,419/month for a decent place. The median home value here is around $1,380,500, which is pretty steep. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Is this normal for San Francisco? Cheers. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. It's changing fast — some good, some not so much.
