Just moved here 13 months ago and Homes are going for about $1,380,500 on average. Rent is about $2,419/month for a decent place. It's a a major city city with about 836K people. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. It's changing fast — some good, some not so much.
