How is San Isidro comunidad for outdoor activities?

I'm retired and Household incomes average around $23,838 in San Isidro comunidad. Average temperature is around 79--F, so it's warm year-round. The weather takes some getting used to. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Worth the trade-offs? There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The city has invested a lot in new development. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.

If you're remote, this place is great for cost of living. it's exactly what I was looking for. Internet is excellent in most areas.

I work in consulting here and it was the best decision I ever made. The job market for my field is solid. It's not for everyone but it works for us..

Great question. I'll try to be comprehensive here.

I'm a pharmacist who relocated here from Salt Lake City about 3 years ago. The main reasons were retirement and work.

Pros I've experienced:
- Friendly community, easy to meet people
- Good healthcare facilities
- Decent public transit for the size

Cons that are real:
- Property taxes are high
- Limited shopping options

Financially, we've found it pretty good compared to where we came from. The market is competitive but not impossible. Groceries are reasonable, gas is hit or miss.

Socially, it exceeded my expectations. It's not for everyone but it works for us..
