Anyone work in healthcare in San Jacinto?

Alright, The unemployment rate is 5.2%, which is about average. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Has anyone dealt with this?

I'm a sales manager and I've found it's improved dramatically in recent years. The community is challenging and there's always something going on.

I'd say the biggest thing people don't talk about is healthcare. the quality of life is solid. Worth doing your research before committing.
