Been meaning to ask this. Median household income is $78,281, which feels about average for the area. The unemployment rate is 5.2%, which is about average. Average temperature is around 65--F, so the weather is moderate. Crime rate is something to consider -San Jacinto sits at 218.4 per 100K. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Is this normal for San Jacinto? The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The weather takes some getting used to.
