Is San Jacinto a good place to live?

Random thought, I'm retired and Average temperature is around 65--F, so the weather is moderate. Household incomes average around $78,281 in San Jacinto. Poverty rate is 12.3%, which is around average. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The weather takes some getting used to. Any advice would be great.
