Job market in San Jacinto for tech?

Average temperature is around 65--F, so the weather is moderate. With a population of 54,756, San Jacinto is a smaller city. The median home value here is around $391,600, which seems about average. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Property taxes are high but you get good services. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Should I be concerned? Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The city has invested a lot in new development. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The suburbs are where most families end up. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting.

I've lived in Midtown for about 8 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

it's exactly what I was looking for. When I first moved here from Charlotte, I was surprised by job market. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Good schools in most areas
- Nice parks and green spaces
- The food scene scene is challenging

The downsides:
- Limited public transit options
- Property taxes are high

Overall I'd rate it 8/10 for couples. Definitely worth checking out..
