Hey folks, We have two kids and You can expect to pay around $1,633 for rent here. Average temperature is around 65--F, so the weather is moderate. The unemployment rate is 5.2%, which is about average. Homes are going for about $391,600 on average. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Let me know your thoughts. The suburbs are where most families end up. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.
