San Jose - the truth nobody tells you
So hear me out.
The tech scene here is really picking up.
A friend just bought in Cupertino for K and I'm not sure if that was smart. Property values in Berryessa went up 8% last year alone.
What I like:
- Good schools in certain areas
- Good healthcare options
- Lots of new restaurants opening
What I don't:
- Parking is a nightmare
- Not much to do late at night
Cost of living is a bit more compared to where I came from. Grocery prices are creeping up but still manageable.
Talk me through this.
