Hey folks, Been living here since 2008. Median household income is $127,893, which feels pretty solid for the area. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Should I be concerned? Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.
