I've been here for 15 years and Rent is about $2,500/month for a decent place. Median household income is $127,893, which feels pretty solid for the area. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Should I be concerned? Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting.
