Best restaurants in San Juan zona urbana?

I'm single, late 40s, and Average temperature is around 80°F, so it's warm year-round. Median household income is $27,500, which feels on the lower side for the area. Crime rate is something to consider — San Juan zona urbana sits at 2,771.8 per 100K. The median home value here is around $174,000, which is actually reasonable. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. What would you do?

I work in tech here and the quality of life is solid. The job market for my field is surprisingly good. Good luck with whatever you decide..

Great question. I'll try to be comprehensive here.

I'm a writer who relocated here from Chicago about 14 years ago. The main reasons were work and a fresh start.

Pros I've experienced:
- Good healthcare facilities
- Lots of new development happening
- Good internet infrastructure

Cons that are real:
- Summers can be brutally hot
- Nightlife is limited

Financially, we've found it tough compared to where we came from. Buying is tough right now, renting is more reasonable. Groceries are manageable, gas is solid.

Socially, it exceeded my expectations. Would recommend to anyone considering it..

Gonna give a different perspective here since most replies seem excellent.

I've been here 3 years and it's exactly what I was looking for. The thing nobody mentions is healthcare. It's stable and it affects daily life more than you'd think.

That said, the healthcare is legit. And if you're into rock climbing, this place is solid.

Neighborhood matters A LOT here. The Midtown side vs the Lakewood side are basically different cities. Make sure you visit both before deciding.

Good luck with whatever you decide..
