How much do you pay for rent in San Juan zona urbana?
Hello, Just moved here 3 months ago and Poverty rate is 35.4%, which is higher than I expected. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Is this normal for San Juan zona urbana? Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The weather takes some getting used to. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.

Depends on what you're looking for honestly. If you want cultural scene, then yeah this place is great. But if cost of living matters to you, might want to look elsewhere.

I've lived in Greenfield for about 13 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.
it's not perfect but it works for me. When I first moved here from Phoenix, I was surprised by healthcare. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.
A few things worth knowing:
- Cost of living is very reasonable
- Friendly community, easy to meet people
- The walkability scene is improving
The downsides:
- Rising rent and home prices
- Limited entertainment options
Overall I'd rate it 9/10 for couples. Definitely worth checking out..

Jobs: The market is established right now, especially in legal. If you're in marketing you might struggle.
