Moving to San Juan zona urbana — what should I know?

Hey folks, Poverty rate is 35.4%, which is higher than I expected. The median home value here is around $174,000, which is actually reasonable. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The suburbs are where most families end up. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.

My experience has been mostly positive. there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. The only thing I'd watch out for is cost of living. Other than that, Hope this helps!.
