San Juan zona urbana is underrated, change my mind

I keep seeing people overlook San Juan zona urbana when talking about great places to live. With a population of 320,691, it's big enough to have everything you need but small enough to feel like a community. The downtown area has been revitalized. The weather is great — warm most of the year with an average of 80F.

Coming from Atlanta, the cost of living difference is noticeable. Groceries and gas are about the same.

Downtown is overrated and overpriced. The suburbs offer way better value.

Check out the Lakewood area. Way more affordable and still close to everything.

I've lived in Midtown for 9 years and it's still one of the best decisions I made.

Good summary. I'd rate it higher personally — maybe 6/10.

Coming from Denver, the cost of living difference is noticeable. Groceries and gas are slightly more expensive but housing makes up for it.
