Hey, Just moved here 3 months ago and It's a a smaller city city with about 88,531 people. Crime rate is something to consider -San Leandro sits at 502.8 per 100K. The city has invested a lot in new development. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Any help is appreciated. The city has invested a lot in new development. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting.
