Co-working spaces in San Leandro?

Hey, My family moved here when I was a kid. It's a a smaller city city with about 88,531 people. You can expect to pay around $2,115 for rent here. The median home value here is around $813,600, which is pretty steep. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The city has invested a lot in new development. Worth the trade-offs? Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The weather takes some getting used to. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The city has invested a lot in new development.
