Moving to San Leandro for work -advice?
First post here. I've been here for 16 years and Household incomes average around $98,063 in San Leandro. Homes are going for about $813,600 on average. Crime rate is something to consider -San Leandro sits at 502.8 per 100K. The weather takes some getting used to. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Thanks! There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The city has invested a lot in new development. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.
