I'm a remote worker and Crime rate is something to consider -San Leandro sits at 502.8 per 100K. Household incomes average around $98,063 in San Leandro. The city has invested a lot in new development. Thoughts? Any help is appreciated. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The city has invested a lot in new development.
