I've been here for 7 years and You can expect to pay around $2,115 for rent here. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Is this normal for San Leandro? It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The food scene here is surprisingly good. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much.
