Job market in San Luis for tech?

Anyone else feel this way? I'm a remote worker and It's a a smaller city city with about 35,998 people. Rent is about $746/month for a decent place. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Am I overthinking this? The city has invested a lot in new development. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The city has invested a lot in new development. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The city has invested a lot in new development. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The city has invested a lot in new development. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood.

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 1-bedroom. it was the best decision I ever made. Compared to Houston it's better than expected.
