Cost of living reality check -San Marcos

Longtime lurker here, Poverty rate is 7.4%, which is pretty low. Night life is decent if you know the right spots.

We moved here with our family and it's exactly what I was looking for. Schools in Old Town area are underrated. Kids love it here.
