Hey folks, Military spouse here. Crime rate is something to consider -San Marcos sits at 195.7 per 100K. Median household income is $105,286, which feels pretty solid for the area. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Am I wrong here? Any help is appreciated. It's not perfect, but the community is solid.
