Hey everyone, We're a young couple and You can expect to pay around $3,501 for rent here. Household incomes average around $187,633 in San Marino. The weather takes some getting used to. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Am I overthinking this? Property taxes are high but you get good services. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.
