OK so Been living here since 2018. Rent is about $2,458/month for a decent place. Homes are going for about $1,627,300 on average. Household incomes average around $224,219 in San Miguel CDP (Contra Costa County). The median home value here is around $1,627,300, which is pretty steep. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. What are your go-to spots? Cheers. Property taxes are high but you get good services.
