Anyone regret moving to San Pablo?

Hello, I'm a college student here and Crime rate is something to consider -San Pablo sits at 619.1 per 100K. With a population of 31,771, San Pablo is a smaller city. Poverty rate is 9.2%, which is pretty low. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting.
