San Pablo housing prices -when will it stop?

Military spouse here. Poverty rate is 9.2%, which is pretty low. Rent is about $1,890/month for a decent place. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. What are your go-to spots? Thanks in advance! Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Night life is decent if you know the right spots.

If you're remote, this place is great for cost of living. it was the best decision I ever made. Internet is challenging in most areas.
