Longtime lurker here, Homes are going for about $1,246,200 on average. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Worth the trade-offs? It's changing fast -some good, some not so much.

I work in education here and it was the best decision I ever made. The job market for my field is solid. Give it a chance - it might surprise you..
