Is San Ramon worth moving to in 2026?

Alright, I'm a remote worker and The unemployment rate is 3.5%, which is pretty low. Homes are going for about $1,359,100 on average. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The suburbs are where most families end up. What would you do? Cheers.

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 3-bedroom. I genuinely enjoy living here. Compared to Minneapolis it's average.
