Random thought, We're a young couple and Crime rate is something to consider -Sanborn sits at 151.7 per 100K. The median home value here is around $198,500, which is actually reasonable. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.
