Anyone else feel this way? I've been here for 8 years and With a population of 1,225, Sanbornville is a small town. Rent is about $950/month for a decent place. The city has invested a lot in new development. What are your go-to spots? Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The weather takes some getting used to. The food scene here is surprisingly good. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Night life is decent if you know the right spots.
