Hey everyone, I grew up here but left for a while. Median household income is $51,433, which feels on the lower side for the area. Homes are going for about $115,000 on average. It's a a small town city with about 5,227 people. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Any advice would be great. Thanks for reading. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much.
