Hey everyone, My family moved here when I was a kid. You can expect to pay around $1,789 for rent here. Crime rate is something to consider -Sandy Springs sits at 129.1 per 100K. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Should I be concerned? Cheers. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Property taxes are high but you get good services.
