Random thought, I relocated for work and The unemployment rate is 2.8%, which is pretty low. It's a a mid-size city city with about 107K people. Homes are going for about $583,900 on average. Household incomes average around $101,593 in Sandy Springs. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The city has invested a lot in new development. It's not perfect, but the community is solid.
