I'm a remote worker and The median home value here is around $583,900, which is pretty steep. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. What are your go-to spots? The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The city has invested a lot in new development. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.
