Curious what people think. Crime rate is something to consider -Sandy sits at 191.2 per 100K. Rent is about $1,728/month for a decent place. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. What would you do? It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.
