Been meaning to ask this. I'm a nurse at the local hospital and Rent is about $1,728/month for a decent place. Average temperature is around 51--F, so expect cold winters. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.
