Sandy housing prices -when will it stop?

Longtime lurker here, We have two kids and Homes are going for about $562,500 on average. Median household income is $111,242, which feels pretty solid for the area. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.

Weather-wise, the summers are hit or miss and winters are pricey. You get used to it after the first year.
