Sandy housing prices -when will it stop?

Hey everyone, I'm single, late 30s, and Household incomes average around $111,242 in Sandy. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Worth the trade-offs?

Great question. I'll try to be comprehensive here.

I'm a writer who relocated here from Austin about 9 years ago. The main reasons were work and work.

Pros I've experienced:
- Friendly community, easy to meet people
- Good internet infrastructure
- Close to major attractions

Cons that are real:
- Traffic during rush hour is rough
- Homeless population growing downtown

Financially, we've found it decent compared to where we came from. It's gotten pricier but still beats the coasts. Groceries are pricey, gas is challenging.

Socially, I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. Feel free to reach out with questions..
