Best apartments in Sanford under ?

I work in manufacturing and With a population of 62,292, Sanford is a smaller city. Poverty rate is 11.1%, which is around average. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.

I've lived in Uptown for about 3 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

I'm still on the fence after all this time. When I first moved here from Dallas, I was surprised by healthcare. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Growing food and restaurant scene
- Good healthcare facilities
- The weather scene is decent

The downsides:
- Limited high-paying job options
- Far from beaches/mountains

Overall I'd rate it 6/10 for remote workers. Hope this helps!.

OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 10 years ago from Nashville and here's my honest breakdown:

Housing: Lots of new construction which should help. We're paying /mo for a 3-bed in Meadowbrook. It's excellent for what you get.

Jobs: The market is established right now, especially in legal. If you're in real estate you might struggle.

People: Generally pretty good. It took about 4 months to build a solid friend group.

Food: hit or miss. Tons of options if you like Indian.

Definitely worth checking out..

Not gonna lie, the first year was rough. But once you find your neighborhood and your people, it's not perfect but it works for me. Good luck with whatever you decide..
